These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tutoring and admissions services provided by Tutoring Centre DXB, a brand of TC Specialist Consultancy FZE LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Services

Tutoring Centre DXB provides:

One-to-one, small group, and group tutoring services
University and school admissions guidance
Online and in-person lessons

2. Booking and Payment

Lessons must be booked in advance according to the schedule agreed with your tutor.
Payment terms will be communicated upon booking and must be adhered to.
Fees vary based on the type of tuition and level of support required.

3. Cancellation Policy

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to tutor unavailability, with reasonable notice.
Refunds for prepaid lessons will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Student and Parent Responsibilities

Students should arrive on time and be prepared for lessons.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about their child's academic needs.
Respect and appropriate behaviour towards tutors is expected at all times.

5. Our Responsibilities

We will match students with qualified, experienced tutors.
We will provide regular progress updates as agreed.
We will respond to enquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property

All learning materials provided by Tutoring Centre DXB remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Results depend on various factors including student effort, attendance, and external circumstances.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
